The Big Agnes C Bar 2 is a lightweight, three season, free standing backpacking tent with a spacious interior. A high quality technical tent that won't break the bank.

Description  Features
New to backpacking or in the market for a high quality, technical tent without breaking the bank? The C Bar 2 and 3 person tents are a lightweight shelter option designed to be roomy with DAC Angle hubs and a cross pole on the top. There's a single front entry door with a vestibule to store gear, an oversized ceiling pocket, plus three mesh pockets that are great for stashing odds and ends, while the durable, waterproof fly and floor will keep you dry when the skies turn grey.

  • Light enough for the backcountry, strong enough for the front country
  • Simple head entry design
  • Single door and vestibule featuring storm flaps on vestibule zipper
  • DAC Angle Hubs and attached cross pole create a spacious interior
  • Single pole architecture makes set up and take down simple and efficient
  • Quick Stash door keeper on tent body door makes stowing unzipped door quick and easy
  • Oversized ceiling pocket is great for gear stashing
  • Velcro tabs connect fly to pole structure providing perfect pitch and extra stability
  • Ready to pitch; with pre-cut guy lines and tensioners attached to fly
  • Reflective guy lines and webbing on tent corners
  • To extend the life of your tent floor, we recommend using a Big Agnes footprint - sold separately
  • Multiple interior loops for use with gear lofts or for attaching other accessories

The Big Agnes C Bar series of tents are freestanding, so they're easy to set up and easy to position into the ideal location after they've been pitched. They're constructed using a DAC Pressfit pole system with lightweight Angle hubs that attach to the tent body with plastic clips for a quick and easy set up. The single pole architecture is even colour coded too to make it even easier. The cross pole on the tent pole creates a spacious interior, so sitting up to change or eat won't feel like challenge.

The vestibule is not as large compared to other Big Agnes tents but there's enough space to keep your rucksack and boots dry, and to cook up some grub with a small stove. Inside the tent there' a quick stash door keeper which makes stowing the unzipped door quick and easy, with plenty of interior mesh pockets for keeping kit at a close reach.

The C Bar tents have all the technical features we love from Big Agnes and at a price we love even more.

UK Orders

We aim to ship all orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday, on the same day. Free shipping is offered for UK Orders over £15 order value. The form of shipping will be at our discretion and will be at the most cost effective service. For most parcels this will be Royal Mail Second Class Post, the timescale for delivery is not guaranteed but Royal Mail aim to deliver second class post in 3-4 working days. Some parcels may require a signature.

Faster Tracked Services

Faster shipping options can be purchased at the checkout - see the drop down menu, First Class post is available, as is Next Working Day Delivery. We can arrange Next Day Delivery for a Saturday (when the order is placed on Friday) - call us for charges on an individual basis (01740 661467).

EU Orders

We aim to ship all orders placed before 3pm the same day. The default shipping is 'Standard Delivery'. This is an airmail service which does not offer tracking but is very reliable. We have learned from experience that transit times for non-UK orders can be very unpredictable. To geographically close countries in Europe the times are generally up to 4-5 days but can sometimes take a lot longer - we don't know why.

So, for EU Orders over £15 in value we offer FREE delivery, but the service time is unpredictable. If you need your order by a specific date you can opt for a faster service at the checkout.

Faster Tracked Services

Faster tracked shipping options can be purchased at the checkout - see the drop down menu on the checkout page for options. Typically the service we can offer is 2,3 or 4 working days, if you require a faster delivery than is showing on the drop down menu please contact us at info@worldbackpacker.co.uk as we may be able to help.

Rest of World Orders

We aim to ship all orders placed before 3pm the same day. The default shipping charge is 'Standard Delivery'. This is an airmail service which does not offer tracking but is very reliable. We have learned from experience that transit times for non-UK orders can be very unpredictable. To geographically close countries in the times are generally up to 4-5 days but can take a lot longer - we don't know why. Countries farther afield generally take longer but the spread of transit times is amazing, we have been notified of parcels arriving in Australia after 3 days and others taking a month and (rarely) longer than this.

So, while the shipping options for ROW are quite cheap the service time is unpredictable.

Faster Tracked Services
